Introduction
Welcome to Vehicle Verification! This mobile application, provided by Wazeem, is designed to offer a convenient and efficient vehicle verification service. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our app. By accessing this app, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use Vehicle Verification if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
1. Subscription Services
- Subscription Types and Benefits: Vehicle Verification offers two types of subscriptions: Monthly and Yearly. Each subscription provides an ad-free experience, allowing users to enjoy our services without interruption. These subscriptions are designed to cater to varying user needs and preferences.
- Billing and Automatic Renewal: Your subscription is billed through Google Play. It automatically renews at the end of each billing cycle (monthly/yearly) unless you cancel it prior to the renewal date. We will send a reminder before any renewal.
- Subscription Modifications: You may upgrade your subscription from monthly to yearly, or downgrade from yearly to monthly. Any changes in billing due to modifications will be effective from the next billing cycle.
- Cancellation Policy: You can cancel your subscription at any time using the ‘Manage’ button in the app. The cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period, and you will have access to the subscription benefits until then.
2. Payments
- Payment Processing: Payments for subscriptions are processed securely through Google Play. We accept various forms of payment as provided by Google Play.
- Refund Policy: Generally, all charges for purchases for services/goods already consumed are non-refundable. Exceptions can be made at our sole discretion, typically in cases of service failure or extenuating circumstances.
- Price Adjustments: We reserve the right to modify subscription prices. Any changes will be communicated to current subscribers in advance and will not affect the current billing cycle.
4. Limitation of Liability
The information and services on the app are provided free of charge, and you acknowledge that it would be unreasonable to hold us liable for any damage or loss you may suffer as a result of using the app. We strive to ensure the highest quality and reliability of our service, but we cannot guarantee that our service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
